Taster Talks

#OurHistoryDebate

Our debate nights discuss issues central to LGBTQI+ communities and their histories. These are lively events and are free and open to all!

Have an idea for a debate night topic? Email us!

Workshops

Workshops cover a range of different topics around LGBTQI+ histories. These are interactive sessions where we encourage you to get involved. Examples include 'zine making' workshops or writing your own oral history.

Community Projects

Our community projects bring LGBTQI+ histories to the wider community; either as an act of political protest or to record oral histories for future reference and as an educational tool. We have worked with Barnados, Beamish Open Air Museum, St Nicholas Cathredral educating those in attendance on LGBTQI+ History

Public Day

Every February we hold our main event which is our public day and our lunch night, the night before. At the free event public day we bring together a busy and packed conference with parallel talks on a range of LGBTQI+ histories.

Would you like to be a speaker at our public day? Please contact us with your ideas or look out for our 'call for submissions' via social media and our membership newsletter. Or find our more about tickets to our launch night and public day by pressing the button below:
